Pre-summer heat: day 2
We had to kick up our creativity a notch. Notice the hose by my feet? That's Lilly's 'fountain'.

Story-time
Lilly loves story-time. Mommy does such fun voices! (I think Lilly likes the closeness and cuddles as much as she does the story.)
(Family) Date Night...
(Family) Date Night to the Lathrop Dog Park.
I counted 28 dogs there! Lilly loves animals so she loved it as much as the dogs and Mommy and me!
Beating the pre-summer heat
It was the first HOT day of 2013. Shade? Check. Water? Check. Tupperware to entertain her for 15+mins? Check.
Finding Nature in the City
Today we had a spontaneous picnic by costco using items and tasty treats from our preparedness kit in our car. 
Prepared. For life.
Just her size
Lilly had fun with her shopping cart from Papa Jim & Nana Debbie at Target. It was so fun & cute to see her push her little cart that was just her size!
Picnic on Temple Grounds
Lilly and I had a picnic while mommy did a temple session. Lilly loved the fountain and flowers.
Backyard Campfire
Resourcefulness is when you save $150+ dollars by building your own fire ring using bricks you already own.
Lilly was in a trance from the fire. :-) I love that she enjoys these outdoor/backyard experiences.
New Tradition: Family Bike Rides
The bike trailer is perhaps the best family outdoor purchase we've made yet. We go on bike rides 3-4 times a week. Lilly enjoys it as much as we do!
